Lighthouse Louisiana expands services for Deaf, Blind, DeafBlind in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE – Lighthouse Louisiana, a group providing essential services to the blind, deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing, or visually impaired people, has expanded its presence in Baton Rouge.

A new downtown service location at One American Place (One American Place 330 North Street, Suite 150, Baton Rouge, LA 70802) opened on Monday.

This second Baton Rouge location has an assistive technology laboratory, a classroom for independent life skills, and classrooms and training rooms. It is the only place of its kind in Baton Rouge specifically designed for the sensory impaired community.
