Officials from the Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Office are still searching for two men in Toledo Bend Lake.
According to KSLA, according to KSLA, three men from southern Louisiana set off on a small aluminum boat late Friday evening.
The men have not been heard from since then, and a truck and trailer were found parked by the jetty at the end of LA Highway 1215, it is said.
A body was discovered just after noon today in the San Miguel Bayou area of Toledo Bend Lake.
Sabine Parish Sheriff Detectives, Sabine Parish Coroner’s Office, North Sabine First Responders, the Central Sabine Search and Rescue Dive Team, LA Dept of Wildlife & Fisheries, Natchitoches Parish SO, Desoto Parish SO were there according to the SPSO’s Facebook page.
Sabine Parish Sheriff’s office has not provided any updates yet.

The police are still looking for the two men and their boat, but the search has been suspended until tomorrow morning for security reasons.
